Having a captains quarters feel to it, this studio heritage townhouse opposite the Grand Harbour in central Valletta is ideal as a serene location but close to the Bus terminus, shops and Valletta historic monuments and culture centres. It commands amazing views opposite St Angelo Fortifications: Arched ceilings, a historic bed nook, a porch with seaviews, traditional Maltese patterned floor tiles with all the modern amenities thrown in. Work smart, play hard, rest easy the savynomad way. Be the first to experience the brand new feeling of this recently refurbished studio apartment. This quaint 50 square metre accomodation comes with what you need to relax or to be productive: A table that doubles as a working desk with blazing speed internet access, wired ethernet, USB charging points and universal sockets that keep you productive. A well equipped kitchen inclusive of washer-dryer for longer term accomodation, espresso machine, toaster, microwave and oven, hob, ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sizeable high pressure shower, king size bed in a genuine heritage bed nook, plush 3-person sofa, 43 inch TV with the possibility to access your Netflix subscription etc.

The accomodation is easily accessible from St Anthony Street. Free non-metered street parking lies in front of the accomodation. A parking area is 50 meters up the street. During weekdays 8am and 3pm, parking just in front of the accomodation can be a challenge. Typical Maltese neighborhood. Lovely helpful people and the bustle of Valletta is only a stone throw away. The street is a dead end so you get the best of both worlds. This 50m2 apartment is literally sitting on top of a Valletta bastion with with breathtaking commanding harbor views. 50 metres down the road you will find lovely bars and restaurants. There is unmetered street parking spaces in front of the accomodation. The place has its own washer-dryer but there is also self-service laundry nearby as well as luggage holding facilities at City Gate. A lovely rocky beach is also available within walking distance. The property has just been completely refurbished but all the original heritage features have been kept and painstakingly restored. The main Sala Nobile room has double height ceiling, 4 meters high with beautiful stone arches. In reality, you dont need a car if you are staying here. It is central but quite.
