Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible.

This stylish and bright 2-bedroom holiday home is designed by MINK Interieur of Holland and is centrally located in Balluta Bay, St Julians. The apartment forms part of a residential complex which is on a very short walking distance to the popular Balluta Bay square and boulevard where you will find a fine selection of bars and restaurants, retail and convenience shops and bus stops. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor accesible from the complex' common area by staircase and lifts. The apartment is in the lay-out of an open living, dining and kitchen area leading to a small balcony, a hallway leading to a guest bathroom, a guest bedroom and a master bedroom with ensuite facilities and its private back balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The apartment has mounted air conditioning units installed in each bedroom and the living room for cooling and heating of the apartment. The kitchen is installed with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave and electric kettle. Other kitchen utensils such as plates, pans, pots, glasses, cutlery etc. are placed in the kitchen cabinets. An iron board and iron, washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying rack are provided. All beds have bed linen and duvets with covers. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe with hangers. Shower towels and hand towels are also provided and the apartment has a baby travel cot and high chair. We offer a self check-in procedure having a keybox at the property. The official check-in time is from 4PM onwards. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in.
