I went for honeymoon and I believe it was my best decision in this year. All things were organised once we arrived to the male airport until we leave، the resort assign mr. Igga to us and he was supporting and helping us for all things i really appreciate him and all stuff as well they were always smiling.

The food, facilities, rooms and staff at Emerald are outstanding! It is difficult to get everything right and Emerald managed to do this! Just a few of the staff names I recall who were amazing include Igga, Nabee, Moosa, Yossi, AK, Sagar, chef Yap, chef Aldo, Jimmy, Azuhar, Poonam, Sameeu, Arun, Erica, Nash and chef Mahindra. There were others however I didn't manage to see their names.

It was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed every moment there. The resort in general was beautiful and excellent. We chose water villa (342) and it exceeded our expectations (good size room with large bathroom and swimming pool). They have a good application that will give you all the information regarding this island and all the activities and restaurants that are available during your stay ( 5 stars for this application). Regarding the food, breakfast buffet was great with different choices. We don’t have any comments on Lunch time as we didn’t try it. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful specially our assistance Mr. Igga, he took good care of us. He organised everything since we arrived until we left the island. Also he organised a wonderful surprise (Anniversary celebration) that we didn’t mention in our booking only at the check in and we didn’t expect this surprise.

Everything was really perfect. The house reef right in front of our villa was very interesting. The choice of food and alcohol was really wide. Good range of activities: fitness, diving, watersports, tennis etc. I liked very much Emerald’s all inclusive system. The main thing of this place is its staff - everybody in the hotel is very friendly, they are reacting very quickly in every situation. Our butler Igga really helped us in every question, resolving every problem and minor requests.

The food in all of the restaurants was exceptional and delicious, with a wide variety of cuisines. The staff provided the highest level of service and were able to predict all of our wants and needs. A shout-out to our villa host Faya for his continued out-going help and response to all our requests! The "all-inclusive" system is well executed so we did not need to sign every single bill, which made our stay much more relaxing and comfortable.

We loved everything about this property. I would like to take this opportunity to mention the people have went the extra mile in order to make our stay more enjoyable. starting with the villa host Igga who was amazing at what he does. He made sure all our reservations were sorted out. Moving on to the buggy drivers who were all very friendly when ever the picked us up, Ifhaam, Ibbu,Aboa. Nappe and Bassu. A big shout out goes to the F&B staff, Ak, Jully, Nthin,Simo,Amilla,Anthony(chai walla), Loki and not forgetting Reyes. We have never received this high level of service and great tasting food anywhere else in the world. The chefs went out of their way to prepare special meals for us, Jimmy and Mahindra. The fruits guy Akil was amazing as well. Chote from housekeeping was incredible as well. My apologies if i have missed out on not mentioning some of the names of the staff that we did come in contact with . overall all the staff were amazing. this resort is highly recommended.

A very beautiful resort in all respects, starting from the reception at the airport in Mali until our arrival to the island, I chose for me and my family a family beach villa. The villa was clean and the size was very excellent, the bathroom is wonderful and closed, which is the most important thing for me so that there are no insects or gnaws, and there is an additional outdoor shower open, our butler Faya was very friendly and wonderful and arranged everything for me before my arrival and booked me in restaurants and booked a dolphin trip, the resort included everything even the dolphin trip, the Kids Club is very great and big for information I chose the villa from the map next to the Kids Club and my request was met, I needed the clinic and it was there Doctor gave me treatment. There is an application in the name of the resort that contains all the details, even the menu of the restaurants.
