By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of USD 20 to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning that must be covered by the guest. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
