Our apartments features new appliances, including TVs, and is immaculately presented for your comfort. Due to the thickness of the building's walls, Wi-Fi works great on most devices. However, please note that on some devices with different antennas, the Wi-Fi signal may not reach the bedrooms. We have identical apartments in the same building with different furnishing styles or colors, all of the same high quality shown in the photos. Our guests rave about the convenience of the location, with easy access to subway and bus stations, as well as a 24-hour convenience store downstairs for all your momentary needs. We are located just a short walk from Parque Delta mall, which has a range of stores, groceries, banks, and movie theaters. We offer gated parking upon request for an additional charge, and for everyone's safety, the building is gas-free.
