We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival, like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels. Please note that these are not replenished. A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. There are surveillance devices around the property. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a Three hundred dollars penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
