Boundless 3-bedroom townhome fully equipped to accommodate the whole family! - Lovely family vacation home in a quiet gated area with round-the-clock security - 8 km|5 mi drive to the famous waterfront Malecón, pedestrian walk street - Community has an outdoor pool, BBQ, basketball court, playground & more - Good Wi-Fi & free street parking for 2 vehicles The washer is currently out of service until further notice. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. *Also, there is construction on the neighboring street until about Dec. 2022. Construction noise can be heard during work hours 7:30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. Please consider this before booking (to avoid complaints afterward) as this is completely out of our control. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty six USD weekly electricity fee. There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
