Their staffs are friendly & helpful during our stay, my husband and I was surprised the room ready before we arrive (around 2pm++) and thus the 53 floor front reception staff guide us to our room (at 55th floor) directly. We loves the whole room facilities especially the bathtub is superb ~ We have request "Pine essential oil aromatherapy" once check in, the staff also helps us to set up room & bed once we went out for dinner~ There have special lift at floor 1 for link bridge to Pavilion. Quite convenience for us when raining outside. Furthermore, the breakfast at Horizon Grill also delicious which order by menu (not buffet type). and we enjoy our food around 6.30am (waiting for sunrise view). This is the unforgetable excellent vacation in our lifetime~

the view was amazing; the service ice was impeccable; the wonderful bathtub and shower with the view; the spa robes; the amenities. The breakfast was incredible - I had a traditional spicy noodle dish and dim sum one morning and eggs with smoked soak on and caviar the next. All the staff were wonderful, we especially appreciated Nana, the very kind receptionist who checked us in and out.
