Located at Central Melaka, easy access to many places from Jongker walk/kota Laksmana to Melaka Raya. Condo is Equipped with swimming pool/Gym/Bbq/Playground and many more.

Novo8 Residence is located at Central of Melaka with local community blends in. It is near to Kota Laksamana, it is a latest hotspot in Melaka with proximity to the Melaka town centre.
