Located inside the gates at Hacienda Iguana and at Playa Colorado beach, this 3 bedroom property is clean and comfortable. This 3 bedroom condo unit is on the first floor, has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, and a great terrace with patio furniture. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful, private 1 mile long beach, with two famous surf breaks: Colorado and Panga Drops. The condo is adjacent to the beautiful 9-hole golf course. This condo comes equipped with all the creature comforts, including AC in each bedroom and the living area, smart TV, wifi and a safe for your valuables. The master bedroom contains a King bed and the guest bedrooms contains 1 queen and 2 single beds respectively. Cleaning service is included in the rental 3 days a week and we also offer an optional meal plan service!

The surf, culture and beauty of Nicaragua has kept us living here since 2006. While we carve out plenty of time to enjoy life along the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua, you can often find us and our team working hard to ensure our guests have an outstanding vacation. This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
