In order to create a safe and friendly environment for you, the next guests, the neighbours and the owners of the house we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

It seems like a lot of rules but most of them are common sense but good to use as a reminder :)

In case of complaints about nuisance or not following the house rules we will intervene. Ultimately we may ask you to leave the house. Rental charge will not be refunded. Breaking the house rules will result in losing your deposit and/or extra costs charged:

A.

- Please keep noise levels down, especially when you enter/leave the house. The neighbours are not on their holiday and might have small children or need to get up to go to work early.

- We guarantee a clean house when checking in. When checking out, please leave the house closely to the same state as it was provided to you, in order to avoid double cleaning charges.

- No music and or noise after 21:00.

- Any damages created during your stay need to be reported immediately.

- Open fire (candles, fire pit etc.) in and around the house is not allowed.

B.

- Pets are not allowed.

- No parties.

- Smoking and/or using drugs (cannabis & marijuana are also considered drugs) in and around the house and/or complex is strictly prohibited.

-No additional guests are permitted to stay at the apartment without prior approval (also during the day).

All rules mentioned under A will result in an additional charge of €100,- per broken rule.

All rules mentioned under B will result in an additional charge of €250,- per broken rule.

Additionally the costs of any damages caused by breaking the rules will be charged as well.

Cameras are installed inside viewing the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency situations only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present inside the property.

Respect the environment;

- Turn off the lights & heating when not in use or when you leave the apartment.

- Do not dump garbage/waste but use the several recycling stations.

We trust you handle my apartment, furniture and belongings with the same care as you would with your own belongings. :)
