德國The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were spotless and spacious. Great bed and bed linen, and the bathroom beautiful with lovely little extra touches. The decor was so nice throughout the entire hotel, and it was so close to Sam square and the shopping areas.
英國The hotel is so beautiful and boutique feel. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Started with a welcoming Prosecco great way to start my holiday, the bed is so comfy& rooms are spacious. Location is great, you are 20 mins from most things with good transport links. Such a lovely touch for them giving us a goodbye key ring. Thank you for a lovely stay. We didn’t hire bikes but they have bikes to hire. Nothing was too much for the staff.
英國The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from Waterlooplein station…very conveniently located! The hotel has a modern and chic look. The staff is friendly. Upon checking in, we were offered a welcome drink which was a nice gesture. We had a very comfortable stay in our room which was quite well lit, and very clean and spacious even with many luggage bags.
