Hello, I´m Jacco Hopman, the owner of Gastvrij aan Zee and I rent out beautiful holiday homes near the coast. My focus is on the area of Egmond. Gastvrij aan Zee is a young company that consists of a small, enthusiastic team of people who feel personally connected to the guests. We have a large selection of colorful holiday homes in the beautiful surroundings of the North Holland coast. It is a developing company whose goal is to make guests feel at home time and time again. As a result of remaining small, we keep being personal and offering additional services.

This fully-fledged holiday home, built of stone, with its own terrace garden on dune ground and with a lot of privacy is equipped with a sauna, inside and outdoor fireplace. So, you can spend beautiful summer days in the shade of the trees, and also cozy winter days in front of a warming fire. Characteristics: quiet, great location in a house park, family- friendly, TV, fireplaces, laundry room, washing machine, dryersauna, hairdryer, second toilet, dishwasher, coffee machine, 6 persons + baby, cot + high chair, 3 bedrooms, made beds, terrace, non smoking, 2 parking spaces. In order to maintain peace and quiet, is this house not rented to youth groups. The hous provides a spacious bright living room, equipped with a beautiful, modern decor. A sitting and dining area. An adjacent fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are the bedrooms , the 2nd toilet and the bright bathroom with sauna. The entire house is built from high-quality materials and furnished and equipped down to the smallest detail.

Neighbourhood information

Duinhuis Egmond nr 14 is located in a special holiday house park, directly in front of the North Holland dune reserve. The park is quiet, outside of car traffic and in the middle of nature. There is a beautiful old dutch windmill at the entrance of the park, and it has a large parking lot and its own little playground. Just perfect for family vacations. For daily purchases, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fish and cheese dealer can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The fine seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee, with its family-friendly beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is also a walk, or 8 min by bicycle. Enjoy the varied landscape, the picturesque artists village of Bergen, or the nearby town of Alkmaar for a day of shopping.
