Husmannsplassen Havrebakken er vårt siste prosjekt som er klart til utleie sommeren 2021. Husmannsvesenet på Hedemarken har en lang historie, og mange av plassene er i ferd med å forsvinne. Havrebakken er restaurert med hjelp av midler fra Helgøyas pott som utvalgte kulturlandskap i jordbruket, nettopp for at vi skal kunne ta vare på og vise fram også denne delen av historien. Huset er et tømmerhus fra 1864.
