Lemon Tree Home Stay is a sub-urban villa located in Basundhara of Kathmandu Valley; three and a half storied building, open living spaces, roof terrace, modern furnishing. This is located in a peaceful residential environment of Vasundhara. It consists of the two apartments. Each apartment consists of one kitchen, two separate bedrooms and one bedroom with private bathroom. It has parking space and a small garden where guest can do barbeque and many more. The Guest can use the kitchen separately or they can join the family for the foods. The family consists of 4 members (Husband, wife and 2 sons). Guests can get the local knowledge about the places and culture from their hosts which is extremely helpful in getting the most from the visit. Hosts will be delighted to show their guest around their local area, providing them with the valuable insight that isn’t available from a guidebook. He came to Kathmandu from Choppak, Gorkha in 2050 B.S with his companion of life, Kopila Pokharel, and started his journey in tourism field as guide. During his years of experience as tourist guide, he come to know about the opportunities and possibilities in the tourism field. In the year 2063, he started a travel agency Nepal HighPoint Trek and began his journey as tourism entrepreneur. He established a Social Enterprises, Cocina Mitho Chha in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. His enthusiastic approach made him a socially recognized person and is able to make an impact in his life and his family. Now, he is a director of Nepal Highpoint trekking company. He lives with his wife and youngest son; Rajesh in Basundhara, Kathmandu. His years of hardship and experience in tourism industry, he encountered tourist around the world and their perspective of Nepali culture and its beauty. He believed the hospitality, warmness, and culture shared value in a family of Nepali people to be another reason for Nepal being the tourist destination for years.
