This spacious immaculately presented executive home on Oregon Heights provides stunning views of the Hanmer Springs village and surrounding hills. Designed and furnished for groups of friends or adult families, the home has five bedrooms comprising four bedrooms with king, queen, or double sized beds, plus twin singles in the generously sized fifth bedroom. There are three bathrooms and separate toilets on each level. With great food and great friends in mind, the large free-flowing lounge, dining, kitchen, and TV areas are perfect for entertaining. Sliding doors and a large breakfast bar to BBQ deck pass-through opens the right home up and the effect is second to none. For the BBQ gurus - a 4 burner Broil King Baron. Two heat pumps ensure comfortable heating with no mess to clean up in the morning. During winter whenever possible, these are remotely turned on prior to your arrival to ensure a warm welcome. The fully appointed kitchen may just have one of the best views in the house and will definitely impress the foodies in the group. Guest comforts include electric blankets and warm duvets on all beds, fibre internet/Wi-Fi, SKY TV including sport, Netflix, and TV on Demand. The lounge, with panoramic views, has seating for 14 including leather suites and recliners. The master bedroom also has a great view, walk through robe to a very private ensuite with shower and separate corner spa bath. Four vehicles can park on site and there's a private shortcut to the Conical Hill track! In any season, this large very well appointed and maintained home will make your stay in Hanmer Springs even more comfortable and memorable. Unfortunately this home is unsuitable for children and all guests must be age 12 or older.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
