The journey of managing holiday homes since 2011 has given us the chance to improve ourselves in giving the best experience to travellers. We are proud to say that we specialize in holiday homes for any size of groups and families. All guests must agree to the property's terms and conditions, and sign the guest registration prior to arrival.

The guest studio is a private self-contained area of this renovated home, the friendly owners live in the back of the home. There is queen bedroom, plus a living space with a sofa bed. Alongside the bedroom is a full bathroom and the separate kitchenette /living are allows for self-catering. A washing machine is also provided for your use plus a drying rack. There is a private entrance to the studio and shared driveway with room for 1 car, there is also ample on street parking available right outside. Please note: Rate is for 2 guests including linen. Extra guests are additional. Please enquire for longer stays as we have special rates available. All of our houses offer 24 Hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. The houses are fitted with secure lock boxes containing the keys, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information prior to your stay. Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.

The area is residential and very quiet and also handy to the Airport and north west side of Christchurch.
