Cottage on The Beach is a traditional 2 bedroom Moetapu Bay bach. Enjoying a fantastic location right on the beach, this low key Marlborough Sounds base is a fantastic option to get away from it all and relax! This secluded Moetapu Bay bach includes cosy and compact open plan living with a fireplace for cooler stays. The living area flows outdoors where you can enjoy dining alfresco with peaceful surrounds, or wander down to the waters edge! Bedroom 1 at this Moetapu Bay bach is fitted with a double bed, while bedroom 2 is accessed from the front porch and includes 1 single bunk set plus 1 single bed. There is also a day bed in the lounge when required. All the basics are on hand for a classic kiwi stay. Plus, the outdoor shower is on hand after days at the beach, or make the most of the kayaks for days on the water! Nearby activities include fishing charters, kayaking, and boat cruises based in Havelock. You can walk the famous Queen Charlotte walkway from nearby Anakiwa and Te Mahia. Plus, Blenheim and the extensive Marlborough vineyards are only an hour's drive away. For a laid back private hideaway, make your way to Moetapu Bay and settle in at Cottage on The Beach! The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
