Our property has studio accommodation situated on the bottom storey of the house, which is completely separate as we live upstairs. This allows our guests to come and go with ease. The studio contains a king size bed, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom, and includes a brand new 43" TV. The kitchen does not have cooking facilities, but it does include a sink, fridge, dinner set, cutlery, cups, glasses, bowls, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, blender, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. We have ultra-fast broadband with no limit, so bring your devices with you if you want to go online, or leave them behind for a true getaway. The map location speaks for itself. You can park your car in our designated off street parking and leave it there for your entire stay. The mount, beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and movies are all within walking distance. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming home, which is kept extremely clean and contains quality furnishings. You will not be disappointed making your booking with us.

We are fit and healthy and enjoy eating good wholesome food. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and functional household. We enjoy quality time spent with family and friends, and spend as much time at the beach as possible.

The Mount has one of New Zealand's best beaches and some of it's finest weather. While the Christmas/New year period is our busiest we have a moderate climate all year round. Our beaches, both ocean and harbour are very safe for swimming (although we recommend swimming between the flags on the ocean beach where lifeguards patrol during the summer.
