It's a separate bedroom on a two-level newly built house. The room is at the backside of the house. The gate next to the Garage will lead to the room. The wide sliding door open to a scenic mountain view. The multi-layered curtains inside the room give coziness to it. The tiled Ensuite attached to the room has rain head and hand shower. A separate closet allows you to hang your clothes and keep your luggage away. The location is tranquil and sometimes, you find cows and sheep on the hills next to the house. The property is easily accessible from the motorway and well suited for those who want to stay overnight to take a ferry or go up the North Island after ferry travel from South Island. It is also well done for professionals who visit wellington during the weekdays only, as It is very near (12mins) to the CBD via the motorway and can relax after work in a quiet place. The room has an office desk/chair/surge protector to work from home. It has a basic kitchenette to relax with a coffee/tea and can also toast bread or reheat cooked food in the microwave. The comfy bed with cozy Duvet/comforter, pillows, and cotton sheets help you relax.

My wife and I host the guests, and we love helping people have a great stay in wellington. We have two small kids and would be cheeky sometimes making noise. We support and care for the guests to have a relaxed time during their visit. Hosting is not our full-time job. I am happy to assist if there is any help needed.

Churton Park is an affluent suburb in north wellington with wide roads and large individual homes. It is very near to the motorway. One can find lovely valley views, Ducks & Rabbits crossing the streets, lush green mountains, and cows & sheep grazing in the nearby mountains. Our house is very near to Calendar Reserve if one is interested to go for a walk over the hill.
