Only a 6 minute drive to the town centre or a short walk to the playground, the lake and the Richmond Heights shops where you can find a convenience store, a takeaway shop and a bottle store. Perfectly set up, extensively renovated throughout with 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs), 2 bathrooms (1 downstairs), a light and bright entertainers’ kitchen and spacious living areas. Summer or Winter, finding the perfect spot to unwind and put your feet up isn’t hard here, there are multiple options; relaxing in front of the wood burner or reading your favourite book in the sun-soaked enclosed conservatory with views over the lake, relaxing in the spa pool on the deck in the generous back yard or playing some table tennis with the kids. The property. is fully-fenced. Table-tennis will keep the kids (young and old) entertained.
