This family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bach is the perfect base for your Raglan getaway. Relax on the huge deck with open & covered options - perfect for sun lounging & outdoor entertainment after exploring the local area. Located in a prime spot, a short 5 -7 minute walk down to Lorenzen Bay for high tide water access and a 4 minute drive into Raglan Town for botique retail shops, cafes & restaurants. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood just 4 minute drive to Raglan town. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautifully presented home has a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area that flows onto a large covered outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a family feast including oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. The deck makes a perfect hang out space rain or shine, with a large outdoor table and bbq for al fresco dining. The outdoor area is fully fenced creating a safe space for little ones to roam freely. The living area has a Smart TV with Netflix to keep you entertained. There is also an air conditioning/heat pump in the living room to keep you cool on a hot Summer day or nice and cosy in the Winter.

Off the living space you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite shower room, with sliding doors opening out to the sunny deck. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and has use of the main bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a separate toilet. The third bedroom has the perfect set-up for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds, toys and a wardrobe for storage. (Please note, this house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults). This room also has use of the main bathroom. Off the kitchen is access to the large double garage where you are welcome to park your vehicles or securely store any sports equipment. A washing machine and clothes line are also provided - always an essential when holidaying as a family.
