The tiled bathroom includes a bath, and has one upstairs and one downstairs toilet. Separate laundry with washing machine, private clothesline. Close to all Christchurch has to offer with parks, cafes/restaurants and Merivale mall on the doorstep, and less than 20 minutes walk to the centre of town and the Art Centre precinct.

Very central yet oh so quiet, this private residence is only 100 meters from 2 of the main roads in Christchurch but feels like a country lane. On the doorstep of Hagely park and the Carlton corner, it’s a 10 minute walk to boutique Merivale Mall and a large supermarket, 15 minutes to the botanical gardens, the tram, Margret Mahe playground and museum and very little further to the Cathedral Square, the Arts Centre, the ‘Strip’
