Quiet sunny room in comfortable, well-equipped home within walking distance of the shops and cafes of Waihi Town. (Kitchen, bathroom, and lounge facilities, including outdoor seating and BBQ are shared with the home-owner). Close to beautiful country walk ways, the Hauraki Rail Trail and 10km from beautiful Waihi Beach. This is the perfect base to explore the Coromandel and in easy reach of Tauranga, Hamilton and Hobbitton.
