With ample parking space in the double garage and a charming timber boardwalk guiding you to the front door through a serene natural setting, this peaceful spot is located at the end of a private road. The estuary is just 500 metres away with rare Fairy Tern birds. You'll find yourself conveniently situated between Waipu township and Waipu Cove. A short six-minute drive will take you to a handful of local amenities in Waipu village, while the white sands of Waipu Cove is within a five-minute drive.
