The 10 hectare lifestyle block has a few horses, cattle and chickens. Frequent visitors to the cottage are a fox terrier and a fluffy cat. The 116 square metre house has been completely refurbished with new carpets, a new queen bed and exceptional furniture. The farm buildings nearby are the workshops of Wood Mallets Ltd, an award winning, world renowned Croquet and Polo mallet manufacturer. The 116 square metre cottage has large, warm and bright rooms. Please note that on arrival you'll find fresh milk, bread, eggs and butter in the fridge, cereals in the pantry and seasonal fruit on the counter. This is provided for the first morning only.
