Welcome to our Raglan retreat! Just a 2-min walk to town, our recently renovated 'Hutch' boasts a king-sized bed, full kitchen, and modern bathroom. The original garage roller door opens to peaceful harbour views. Adjacent to the 'Hutch', is the cozy cabin with an ensuite and glimpses of the sea. There is a single bed with a trundler that can convert to a king bed and an overhead bunk. Experience Raglan's magic at our bach: where comfort meets coastal beauty for your perfect getaway. The space The newly renovated 'Hutch' is an open plan kitchen/living/sleeping space perfect for your weekend retreat. The main bathroom is accessed through the cavity slider door with a shower, vanity, toilet and small laundry area with washing machine. The original garage roller door opens up to showcase views to the harbour and provides a sheltered lounging area out the front of the garage. The covered roof enables this area to be used as additional living space and is a great spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The additional patio area with BBQ, is covered by a wooden pergola, that is accessed through the side ranch slider door. An outdoor table and chairs with umbrella are the perfect place for family dinners The Cabin across the lawn from the 'Hutch' is a cosy bunk room with ensuite. The trundle bed pulls out from under the main single bed and can pop up alongside to create a King sized bed. An additional bed (for kids only) is available as a built in bunk. The double doors of the Cabin open out onto the deck covered by a wooden pergola where you can sit on the comfy 2 seater outdoor couch or lounge on a bean bag. Sneak peaks through to the harbour from the deck and overlooking the garden and lawn, make this a peaceful spot to roll out your yoga mat or just sit and enjoy the surroundings. There is room for two cars to be parked up the driveway off the street and the section is fully fenced. There is plenty of on street parking also.
