About the Space A modern 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with remote internal access double garage, private courtyard with hot tub and all day sun. The spacious master bedroom has a King Bed, 55inch TV, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, so no tripping over suitcases. The modern ensuite has underfloor heating, a hairdryer and hair straighteners. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a built in wardrobe. A seperate sofa bed in the nook at the top of the stairs can be made up upon request. Please let us know if you require this. The house has ducted heat pump upstairs and a seperate heat pump and gas fire downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, full sized fridge/freezer and everything you need to cook and eat in. The lounge and dining has a table with 8 chairs, 65inch TV and soundbar. Netflix, Disney Plus, local channels and YouTube included and free Wi-Fi. Easy access to the private patio with outdoor seating, BBQ and hot tub/spa pool. The seperate laundry has a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The main bathroom has underfloor heating, a spacious shower and bathtub. There is also a 3rd toilet downstairs. Additional - top quality linen and towels provided - Body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided - Tea and coffee provided The internal access double garage has parking for 2 cars, an EV charging power port and space to store bikes, skis and snowboards. Guest Access - Keypad entry. Code is changed after each guest and will be sent to you the day before check-in.
Under new ownership from March 2024, refurbished and security cameras removed. We have been living in Queenstown for around 9 years and love to spend our time biking, hiking, skiing and exploring this beautiful region. We are passionate about ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay and we value your privacy. Please let us know if you need anything during your stay.
Quiet residential neighborhood at the foot of Coronet Peak. A perfect base for all activities within Queenstown, Arrowtown and Gibbston Valley. Walk to Gantleys Pub, Rakau Pizza, Gin Garden, Nugget Point, Onsen Hotpools, Strike Bowl, the Shotover Jet and Canyon Brewery. Just a short 7-minute drive to central Queenstown.
