With one of Raglan's best cafe's next door, this two-bedroom apartment is the perfect space for guests who deserve to be spoilt. Wainui Landing Apartment 1 is a modern architecturally designed apartment. Bespoke design elements are evident inside and out. Park directly under the apartment in your dedicated carport, complete with lockable storage unit for your surfboard or sports equipment. Walk up the private stairs to the elevated apartment and you will be welcomed by luxury finishes and coastal style. The custom ply-wood kitchen was designed and built by a local joiner and carries the luxury beach vibe of the apartment. Complete with an induction cooktop, oven, full fridge freezer and dishwasher it has everything you need to cook up a feast after your days exploring Raglan. The living room is furnished to a high standard in keeping with the style of the apartment. Complete with a heat pump/air conditioning unit, wifi and TV it has everything you need for a relaxing evening. The living room also has large sliding doors opening to the covered screened balcony. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed. Bedroom 1 also has the added feature of sliding doors opening onto the balcony – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. There is one bathroom in the apartment with high stud ceiling, fully tiled shower, custom made plywood vanity and vented skylight window. Conveniently located with the trendy Rock-it Kitchen on your doorstep, you'll be able to smell your favourite morning cuppa brewing before you even leave your cosy Kind size bed. And if cooking isn't your thing, you can dine here without disappointment for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

PLEASE NOTE:The apartment is located near the lively Rock-It Kitchen cafe which does have periodic private functions throughout the year. The apartments are double glazed, but it is possible that you will hear some noise if staying during one of these times. We have a great relationship with the cafe and hold a list of these events, please enquire about your dates The apartments are located near the roadside so if you are sensitive to car noise at night, we recommend you stay in the north bedroom or bring suitable earplugs with you. With two apartments located side by side, there is an option to combine your getaway with friends and reserve both apartments to sleep up to 8 people. Get in touch with us direct to secure both apartments. All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate. Please bring your own beach towels. Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder). Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of per box will be applied for disposal.Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.
