It is a quiet residential neighbourhood and as the townhouse unit itself is gated, you will get to enjoy full privacy during your stay. PUBLIC TRANSPORT : Public Utility Jeepney and Bus routes run on the main road outside of the subdivision. You can travel to and from other parts of Batangas via the various transport networks available in Poblacion / Bayan (town centre). You can also book a tricycle privately to collect you from the property and drop you off at your destination and vice versa (within sensible distance). Our caretaker will be able to assist with booking one for you if you ask nicely. CAR : You can park your car infront of the property. The steel gates can be fully opened to allow access and more secure parking for motorcycle.
