Cozy, spacious and private space in the heart of Makati that can accommodate up to 4 persons comfortably. This newly built condo is located along major thoroughfares in Makati city where shopping, nightlife, food destinations, financial/work hubs are all a hop away. Nearby: 15-20 mins from NAIA airport using skyway (exit via Buendía) 10-15 mins ride to Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark, SM Makati, Ayala center, Cash and Carry, SM Hypermart, Shopwise, Makati Medical Center, and Waltermart.
Love to travel and meet new people. Kuya Dodong is the friendly caretaker of the unit. He lives nearby and you can text him anytime if you need help with anything.
