Guests are hereby informed, that Muggle Stay is NOT a Hotel or Serviced Apartment units! Muggle Stay is a property management specialist offering short term vacation rental units in a residential condo building that are centrally located at the heart of BGC and walking distance to all the hype that is offered in the posh district of Taguig City. Our exact address is 5th Avenue corner 23rd St, Fort Victoria, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Our units are just a stone throw away to a number of cool & trendy places sought after by staycationers and tourists across the country. All our units are a 2 bedroom 45sqm loft-type condo which can comfortably sleep 8-10 persons designed to be homey to give guests the relaxation they need during their staycation in BGC. IMPORTANT! Maintenance & upkeep of the pool is managed by the condo admin. The guests may access the pool, however, we are not responsible for any issues concerning the pool. 2 pax is free of charge and P100.00 per pax in excess of 2 is collected by the condo admin directly from guests.
