StayPlus is a vacation home rental property that started in Tagaytay, a famous tourist destination south of Metro Manila. The theme of the flagship unit is rustic boho to give it a warm and cozy feel amidst the cool Tagaytay weather. Since then, StayPlus has ventured into south Metro Manila area to provide short term home rentals to our patrons and prospective guests.

At night, you can drink your hearts out with family and friends. Inside the unit, you can look at vintage collection of paintings by local artists, binge watch your favorite Netflix shows or just have some heart to heart talks at the dinner table. We offer free parking on a first come first serve basis. The space Our unit is located at the topmost floor and is furnished with notably vintage paintings and antiques furnitures combined with few modern touches. Our main bedroom provides access to the balcony where you can also spend some time talking with family and friends, or just enjoy the view. We have provided everything you might need from air-conditioning units for each bedroom, shower heater in the comfort room, some basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash. You can also cook your own food, reheat your leftovers through the microwave, and keep your beers cold with our refrigerator. The unit is equipped with PLDT Home prepaid wifi.

The property is designed as a Swiss-themed condominium landscaped with pine trees. As you go along Bonifacio drive, you will be welcomed by a line of pine trees which tells you that you are already approaching the property. We have a nearby coffee shop along Bonifacio Drive where you can also indulge your brewed coffee and pastry cravings. For immediate supplies, there are few retails (sari-sari) stores, where you can buy some of your basic needs like condiments, water, and the like. The property also has an outdoor pool with water feature where you can either go for a swim or just take photos for your Instagram and other social media platforms. It also has a playground for your kids to enjoy. The property is located 15 kilometers away from the volcano and is within the safe zone should there be emergency.
