Bunga Studio is a thoughtfully designed and highly comfortable apartment spanning 20 square meters, ideal for two people. Nestled within a beautifully renovated pre-war building, this studio is situated in one of the most appealing central districts of the capital city. The surrounding area is characterized by tranquility and lush greenery, making it a peaceful retreat close to numerous attractions. The apartment features an open space layout that includes a hall, a cooking area with a dining space featuring a folding table and two chairs, and a sleeping and relaxing area with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) accompanied by a 40-inch smart TV. Additionally, there's a wardrobe with hangers and a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Designed in a soft loft style, the studio boasts an authentic and pleasant atmosphere. The exposed brick walls, coupled with a black and white color scheme, contribute to the overall aesthetic, creating a welcoming ambiance for residents.

The Central Railway Station is easily accessible, either through a quick 10-minute bus ride or a 30-40 minute walk. The lively Krakowskie Przedmiescie/Nowy Świat street is within a convenient 20-minute stroll. Notable attractions such as Lazienki Krolewskie Park (The Royal Bath Park), the National Museum, and the Centre for Contemporary Art are all easily reachable through pleasant walks.
