A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment located a 10-minute walk from the beach in a modern apartment building. Guests have access to underground parking. Ideal for families with children or larger groups. The apartment is fully equipped, including internet, a washer and dryer, a hairdryer, a potty, a child's toilet seat, and a step stool for the sink. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, an induction cooktop with pots and pans, and a generous supply of plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils. Additionally, there's an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom. In the first bedroom, you'll find a comfortable bed (160cm wide) and the option to add a travel cot (available in the apartment), a wardrobe, and nightstands. The second bedroom features two single beds (90cm wide) that can be joined together, a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe. The living room boasts a large and comfortable sofa bed (140cm wide) and a 55-inch Smart TV. There's also an extendable dining table with chairs and a balcony.

The apartment is located just a 10-meter walk from the sea. The view from the bedroom windows overlooks Reagan Park. In the apartment building, you'll find a "Żabka" convenience store, and on the other side, there is an Orlen gas station.
