This comfortable 47 m2 flat consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. It is an excellent choice for families with children or groups wishing to travel together and enjoy the charms of Warsaw. Fresh linen, towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities are provided for our guests. The flat is equipped with all amenities such as a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, iron and hair dryer. In the kitchen, all utensils necessary for preparing meals are provided. In the living room, there is a 32 - inch TV with cable and Smart TV function. Free WIFI internet access is also provided. Our guests will also be able to take care of business duties, as there is a desk with a chair in one of the bedrooms. The flat is also happy to accommodate pets.

The flat is located near the very centre of Warsaw, in the attractive district of Wola. Its location guarantees very good communication with other parts of the city. There are many tram and bus stops around, as well as a metro station, which is located 1.5 km away. Next to it is located the railway station Warszawa Gdańska. The distance from the flat to the nearest bus stop is only 100 m. Numerous gastronomy and service points, in the surroundings of the flat, satisfy the needs of our guests and are an undoubted advantage of this place. 1 km away is also the large Westfield Arkadia shopping mall where you can go shopping. A 20-minute walk separates our guests from the historic city park called Krasiński Garden, where the famous palace is located. It is a place that is certainly worth visiting and a nice time surrounded by nature.
