The apartment is functionally furnished and has homely, inviting character. From the windows there is a great view of the green trees and the Capitol Theatre. The decor is kept in light tones, further warmed by the natural wood detailing. In particular, be sure to visit the excellent restaurants Der Elefant and Si Ristorante located a few minutes walk from the apartment. For a moment of relaxation among the greenery, the Saski Garden, 400 meters away, is an ideal place for a stroll. The Golden Terraces business and entertainment and the famous Palace of Culture and Science are just over 1 kilometer away from the property. The location is also perfect for communication.
