## The space This home is a stylish and comfortable place to call your home away from home. A real highlight of the property is the stone wall in the living room which lends a stylish rustic feel to the room and creates a unique sense of personality in the home. Take the weight off your feet, chill out on the sofa and make yourself at home! The sofa even converts into a single sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest (it will comfortably fit one adult or 2 children/small teenagers). Please note there is no TV in the house as I believe it preserves the zen feeling of the apartment. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table. The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also some storage space so you can unpack and settle in. You can freshen up in the comfortable bathroom where you can wake up in the morning to an energising shower. Towels and toiletries are provided. The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ## Guest access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Our standard check-in time is at 3pm and our standard check-out time is at 11am.
