La maison est très confortable,très bien équipée, très spacieuse avec multiples options pour repas extérieurs. La situation est parfaite en saison,car pres du centre ville et à 50 mètres du super marché.Hors saison,beaucoup de supérettes alimentaires sont fermées ainsi que le marché de fruits et légumes. Elle borde un petit chemin menant à la plage et aux promenades de bord de mer.
