Outside of the villa is a large swimming pool approx. 12 x 6m surrounded by a terrace with 8 sundeck chairs and parasols there is also an outside shower. The pool can be heated with an extra charge. Straight in front of the living room the patio doors lead out to the sheltered terrace nestled amongst colourful bougainvillea with a sun blind to provide shade. From the terrace you have full view of the golf course, the garden, and the swimming pool. Very peaceful and perfect to enjoy relaxing family meals. Private parking for up to 3 cars. On the ground floor, the villa benefits from a bright open plan living / dining room with patio doors to the terrace and pool area with uninterrupted views over the golf course. Comfortable sofas and armchairs adorn the lounge area together with a large flat smart-TV with Netflix, Apple-TV and various other channels. There is also a nice fireplace. The slightly, by 3 steps, elevated dining area on the left hand consists of a huge wooden dining table and 8 chairs. On the right, from entering the front door you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all required equipment such as induction electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, big fridge, separate freezer and wine cooler. A small pantry with shelves off the kitchen houses the washing machine, the iron and board. Further on the right through the corridor: a double bedroom with an ensuite fully equipped bathroom and a big wardrobe. On the left-hand side of the front door is the second double twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the second level: is the large master bedroom with a king size bed and a further double bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and direct access to a private roof terrace with gorgeous views of the golf course and the setting sun. All rooms have air conditioning. Internet is by Wi-Fi.
