Cozy independent room is a private suite at my house totally independent, with a fantastic balcony to sunbathe 12h, no kitchen but there are small refrigerator, un atiic cozy, good decoraited, with spiral staircase, not recommended for people with reduced mobility, and old people, very quite area in one of the best residential areas of Lisbon. 5 min car trip to the airport and 15 min by metro directly to the city historical centre. surrounded by parks, traditional street shops, restaurants, supermarkets........ 4 families live in the building, independent of my space, there are patios, a kennel, garden etc, that don't belong to me. I live with 2 very sweet dogs.

The house is inserted in a garden area, very quiet and pleasant.
