Apartment located in a building from the 18th century, fully rehabilitated, located in the historic center of Porto (UNESCO World Heritage since 1996), 2 minutes walk from Ribeira do Porto and the Doyuro river. The building's architecture has been awarded internationally; on the façade, neo-Paladian and Baroque architectural elements can be seen, characteristic of the city of Porto, which were maintained and rehabilitated. This studio apartment features a modern decor, with quality furniture and appliances, including two comfortable beds (one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom area with a double bed, a living room with a balcony, a double sofa bed, dining area, furniture with TV, cupboards and drawers, and a bathroom. Full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning in the apartment (which keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer). Free wifi available in all areas. From the balcony in the living room you can see some historical monuments, such as Serra do Pilar, Port Wine caves and the iconic Douro River.

São Bento station (train and metro) is 550 meters from the apartment. Paid parking near the apartment (SABA - Ribeira car park), street parking - metered parking. All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of 20eur paid in cash and during check-in. After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may apply in the event of: - Loss of key; - Key forgotten inside the apartment; - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock. Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40 / 150 Eur.
