JER'.NI. MO'S is an apartment with capacity for 4 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher. The accommodation also has a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air-conditioning system. TV service and Wifi Internet available free of charge. Access to the apartment is via elevator. The garden in front is under construction from the beginning of 2022 until the end of 2024. Photographs of the advertisement were taken during the course of the works. Important informations: - Check in from 16h00. We inform that we charge an extra fee of 15 euros for late check-ins from 20h00 or 25 euros for late check-ins from 24:00h. The amount should be paid to the Check-in agent. If you need to drop your luggage earlier please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out until 11h00 - if you need extra time to leave your lugage while you visit the city let us know so we can check if this is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) are requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - Guests cannot leave the property leaving the key inside the lock, otherwise they will be responsible for paying the specialized service to open the lock. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - Extra beds and/or sofa beds are prepared by default, only for stays above the standard capacity. Extra beds and/or sofa beds can be prepared upon request and confirmation.

JER'.NI .MO'S is located in the city center of Porto, 400 meters from Livraria Lello and 500 meters from Torre dos Clérigos. Around it there are several interesting sights such as Jardim do Carregal, Palácio da Bolsa, Mercado Ferreira Borges and Ribeira.
