Welcome to Lisbon! Do you want to have all the amenities you deserve close to the center? This apartment is the right choice. 15 minutes from the Historic Center of Lisbon, and 1 minute by car from the Alegro Alfragide Shopping Center and Ikea. At the door there is direct transport to various places in the city, such as Algés, Belém, Benfica, Marquês de Pombal. Recent apartment, with all the necessary amenities for you to enjoy an excellent stay. It has a modern and practical decoration that offers a wonderful feeling of comfort and well-being. The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building located in a quiet area. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms and two double beds (140cm x 200cm), a living room with a sofa bed and a television (Smart TV) with several fiber and wi-fi channels. with fridge (combination), oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a dining area suitable for up to 4/5 people, a bathroom with an Italian shower tray. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The apartment also has a large balcony overlooking the city of Lisbon, Monsanto, where you can enjoy a nice meal and or read a book. This apartment is also ideal for families with children. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is free parking on site. Just a 10-minute walk away (700 meters) is the Monsanto forest park, the Lung of the city of Lisbon where you can walk outdoors and enjoy nature in the heart of the city, you can also enjoy the biggest open air in Lisbon (Monsanto Open Air ), with incredible shows. If you have a car, access to the city exit is great. In just 15 minutes by car you can reach several beaches in Lisbon, Costa de Caparica, Sintra or the center of Lisbon. Located 10 minutes (6.5 km) from the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos as well as the famous Pastéis de Belém.
