A property management company in Greater Lisbon area and the Algarve :-) We have been working in tourism for many years now and we love sharing the many beautiful sights of the country with our guests. We, five friends, started LisBeyond in 2018, to share our passion for this amazing country with our guests. We are a young, international, and out-going team, always ready to make sure that you have the best time in Lisbon or the Algarve. Before, during or even after your travels we are here to help you with anything you need. Besides our beautiful apartments, houses and villas, and sharing our personal local tips, we offer various exciting experiences. Make yourself at home in this modern, renovated flat in the heart of Portimão. Wake up to stunning river views while enjoying your breakfast of freshly baked bread fresh from the neighbourhood bakery. Less than 1 minute from the main attractions of downtown Portimão, you can enjoy the local sweets, watch the theater or simply enjoy an ice cream on the Portimão riverside as you take your walk. With access to the city's main transport links, less than 15 minutes from the beach, you can spend your stay embedded in the local community. Be in Portimão and feel at home. The apartment is located in the city center of Portimão and very close to the riverside. You will be staying on the third floor of the building, so you will be able to enjoy the river views. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. There is an open kitchen/living room area that is fully equipped. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. In the bathroom, you will find a rain shower. There is air conditioning installed in the apartment as well. There is a washing machine, a dishwashing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer. So, it will not be a problem to feel right at home as we have all the necessities in place for you! » If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.

In downtown Portimão, you will be a few steps away from the lovely riverside. Here you will see all kinds of boats passing, and the fisherman arriving with their freshly caught fish. There are many restaurants, cafés and shops around the apartment, and supermarkets as well. In the center of Portimão there are many nice spots to visit, lovely things to eat, or you can visit the local theater. And of course, you are a short drive away (with your car or public transport) from the famous beaches of Portimão. Staying in our Downtown Apartment will assure you can enjoy the best of both worlds!
