Enjoy our classic private suite in this shared Boutique Guesthouse in the stunning area of Lapa, Lisbon. This room is spacious and bright, with a television, fast WiFi, and much closet space. Perfect if you want to explore the capital of Portugal from a central location and come back to a comfortable place at the end of the day! Enjoy the great breakfast places around the property, and beautiful parks, or take the typical Portuguese tram that stops right in front of the door! IMPORTANT: You are booking a private room in a shared house (9 suites) with a shared kitchen, living room, and terrace. These spaces are shared with other guests. You will have your own room and private bathroom, which can only be accessed by you. For longer stays (4 nights plus) we provide a complementary towel set every 3 days (so after 3 nights, you will receive a fresh set of towels, free of any charge). Please note the property is located right across a cobbled road, so some road noise can be noted from the rooms. » If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place the card in the safe on check-out, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses their card during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. Right next to the Property, you can find a bus stop where you will be able to take the Carris 713 bus (going to Alameda) or the Carris 25E eléctrico. The closest train station is Santos, 15 minutes away by foot. Terreiro do Paço is just 10 minutes away by Uber, or 30 minutes by foot if your prefer to take in the sun and the city views.

Our Boutique Guesthouse is located in Lapa, a nice and quiet neighborhood near the city center. It is known for its origin that brings together the preferences of Lisbon's nobility and upper class. You will find some palaces and most of the embassies of foreign countries in Portugal. Many locals live here, but it has also a lot of tourists coming because of the beautiful Estrela park, the Basilica, and the trams 25 and 28 that go through this area. There are many outstanding restaurants, nice bars, parks, and coffee places around. We are sure you will love staying in Lapa, being close to the city center, riverside and many more beautiful highlights of the city!
