This quintessential 4-bedroom villa located in Faro is just 5 min from the island of Faro. It will be the perfect base to relax and explore the region. Located in a quietly area, this ornate Avant guard and state of the art villa has everything to make your stay memorable . TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, queen-size beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a great outdoor area with pool and a volleyball court. MY SUNSET VILLA will be perfect property for you to Vilamoura, Vale de Lobo and its beaches. Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as: • For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys). • Additional deliveries of towels or other products. • Equipment repairs (due to negligence). • All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
Being a host and now proudly a Super Host. I returned to Portugal in 2019 after working the last 10 years overseas in the US, Angola and lastly Peru. I have decided to built my own short term rental company with my partner. I love traveling (visited already 50 countries and much more to come…). I am also a certified acupuncture practitioner and love reading cards. I look forward to having you onboard in one of the great properties I manage! Our meeting point will be at the entrance of the property.
Guests will have the exclusive access to the entire villa. Located 5 minutes from the island of Faro and 10 minutes to the city centre. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. House rules must be always respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any reservation is 8-12 people. Supermarket - 500 mts Island of Faro – 2 kms Beaches – 2kms Faro city center – 5 kms The neighborhood The property is in a very quiet and exclusive area of Faro /Montenegro neighborhood with easy access to the beaches and the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. 5 mins (driving) from main stores.
