RussiaWe stayed on room n 6, on the top floor. Beautiful views of the ocean and from the bathroom you can see the hills. Big room and a big wardrobe if you need to store stuff. Complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel feels like an AirBnB as the room is only cleaned every 3 days and there is practically no reception (it was meant to be open but we never saw anyone) You're given a code for the main entrance and then your key is in your room, which can be convenient if you're looking for some peace and quiet on your own. It's well located, within a stones throw away from the city centre. Despite not having seen anyone, staff was very responsive and accommodating via Booking. Also, they have a very handy guide for things to do in Madeira
