In 2012, Philippe Austruy, owner of several farms in France and abroad, fell in love with Quinta da Côrte and at the end of 2012 completed the acquisition, starting the works. Surrounded by a philosophy of creating experiences, but respecting the surrounding environment, Quinta da Côrte promotes elegance with the history of the region, featuring a decoration based on natural materials, such as wood and stone with the signature of the interior architect Pierre Yovanovitch. Quinta da Côrte's rooms feature contemporary interiors and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free amenities. Pierre Yovanovitch designed the real estate framework for Quinta da Côrte entirely, developed in partnership with local artisans and renowned French artisans.
