From the moment we arrived having the amazing staff come help us with our bags to sitting back, enjoying the food and drinks in the Santa Bica Restaurant, we loved the ambiance and energy of your establishment immensely! Your staff were beyond friendly and introduced us to one of Portugal's treasures, Ginjinha! Our room was incredibly comfortable and waking up to a fresh, home made healthy breakfast, enjoying your court yard was just so pleasant! We were so happy with the location, right next to the iconic trolly and in the heart of all the excitement Lisbon has to offer. We found it was walking distance to pretty much everything we hoped to see. Thank you for the most memorable experience! We will definitely recommend the Santa Bica to all we know and plan to return soon.

Could be a bit noisy at night from attached restaurant but was not an issue with the a/c fan and shutting the hallway door. Would definitely stay here again, and it was a great value for price.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Santa Bica and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.
